Please advise how to exchange this PPD formula for a NON PPD formula.
Research showed Calura Permanent Dye is PPD free. It clearly isn't. Apparently I should not have trusted the research. But when I watched youtube videos about how Calura Permanent worked...created by OLIGO...I got excited how it really was chemical free and gave great results. Is there such a product in Oligo world? PPD free? Can I exchange?

The hair color was perfect and exactly the shade I wanted. The overall experience? Incredibly disappointing. I paid extra for express 2-day shipping, but the order took far longer to arrive, and tracking showed it sitting in the same location for days with no movement. The biggest issue was the poor communication. I wouldn’t hear back from anyone for days, and no one ever answers the phone number that is listed online. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received a response about getting the express shipping charge refunded. Great product, but the customer service and shipping process need serious attention. I won't be ordering from here ever again.
I actually love this hair color! It doesn’t break me out and it lasts and the color is absolutely gorgeous!! If you are hesitant give it a try, you will be pleased!!!

I have been using Oligo Calura hair coloring since my professional hair stylist shared some with me, to help me through the Covid "stay-at-home" days. I use it to touch up my roots in-between seeing my hair stylist. This product provides consistent results.
I am allergic to some of hair color products but I was struggling to find the products that I can use. And I have heard about Calura from my friends. I really like it!! It doesn't bother my scalp and skin.

Love this product and color! It makes for a light, coppery auburn on my medium brown hair.
Tried this line because it covers gray better than anyone supposedly…it does not, and the colors are SO MUCH DARKER than they appear. The directions say to leave it on waaaay longer than needed. This has me running back to Wella’s products
