1. About these terms

haircolorusa.com is operated by Hair Color USA ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We sell professional hair color, care and styling products. We try to show products, colors and packaging accurately. Screens show colors differently, and brands change their packaging, so what you receive may look slightly different from the photo.

Many of our products are professional products. Read and follow the manufacturer's directions, warnings and patch test instructions before use. We aren't responsible for results from use that doesn't follow those directions.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Products can sell out. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we'll contact you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners.

7. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

All sales are final, except for damaged or defective items, wrong items and orders cancelled before they ship. See our Refund Policy.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

10. Reviews and comments

If you post a review or comment, it must be honest and lawful. We may remove content that isn't. By posting, you let us display and share that content in connection with our store.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, to collect other people's information, or to resell products in breach of a brand's distribution rules.

13. Site content

The text, photos and design on this site belong to us or to the brands we carry. Don't copy them without permission.

14. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is" except for the promises we make in these terms and our policies, and any warranty the manufacturer provides. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim other warranties.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

16. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses from claims that come from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

18. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
