Returns & Refund policy
Return Policy
You can return items for a full refund on item(s) as long as it is within 30 days of receiving products and items are unused and in original packaging.
Please email us at admin@HairColorUSA.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issued.
*Note: Returned products will be inspected by our Returns Department and if items are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with, a processing fee will be tacked on. This is to ensure the integrity of our company and the products that we carry.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs on original order are non-refundable.
TheHair Color USA will provide a prepaid return label in the event that the incorrect product is sent.
If you are using a freight forwarder, please have the items inspected before shipping out of the country. HairColorUSA.com is NOT responsible for any items reshipped outside of the US.
Shipping Insurance
Simply Insurance is automatically added to cart for your convenience. By deselecting and removing the insurance, Hair Color USA is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages.
Final Sale Products
For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:
Nails: Nail Polish, Tweezers, Nippers, Clippers, and all other implements
Hair: Brushes, Razors, Shears, Hair Color and Hair Color Accessories
Skin: Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories
*Tip: Be extra careful when selecting makeup colors

HairColorUSA.com cultivates relationships with our brands and vendors, therefore we stand behind our products and assure you that they are authentic and we are obtaining them through a reliable source.
Product Pictures
Our merchandising team strives to update pictures with the most current packaging from our brands. Please note, if you received a product that looks slightly different than our website image, our team is in the process of updating the images.
Fraud Policy
To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by Hair Color USA.com.
