Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 21, 2026

All sales are final. Hair Color USA does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any products purchased through our website or any other sales channel.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@haircolorusa.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@haircolorusa.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please contact us at hello@haircolorusa.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Packaging & Product Appearance

Manufacturers may update their product packaging at any time without prior notice to retailers. As a result, the product you receive may have slightly different packaging than what is shown on our website. Rest assured, the product inside is the same — only the outer packaging may differ. We make every effort to keep our listing images current, but there may be a brief transition period when a brand rolls out new packaging.

Size Substitutions

In the event that a specific size is temporarily unavailable, we may substitute with smaller sizes of the same product that equal or exceed the total volume of your original order. For example, if a 32oz bottle is out of stock, we may ship two 16oz bottles instead. You will always receive at least the total amount of product you ordered. If you have a preference or concern about size substitutions, please contact us before placing your order.
