FREE Shipping for Orders Over $99
At Hair Color USA, we believe in providing our customers with exceptional value and service. That's why we offer free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum purchase required if your order total is $99 or more. For orders under $99, we apply tiered shipping and handling charges based on the product and carrier selected.
Our commitment is to make shipping affordable, convenient, and transparent. We're not in the business of profiting from shipping costs; we only aim to cover a portion of the fees charged by our shipping partners. Fast and reliable delivery is a priority for us, ensuring you receive your orders promptly.

Once an order is with the carrier, it is considered 'shipped', and at that point, we cannot cancel or refund it. Orders that have shipped fall under our RETURN SHIPPING POLICY detailed below.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be in unused condition and contained in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@haircolorusa.com to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, our customer service department will confirm your refund.
Note: Returns are subject to inspection by our returns department. Items deemed altered, damaged, or tampered with may incur a processing fee.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, Hair Color USA will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, please reach out to us at info@haircolorusa.com to discuss your shipping options. We offer competitive shipping rates for returns, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Electrical Appliance Returns
Returns on electrical appliances will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Contact us at info@haircolorusa.com for authorization. Unused and unopened electrical appliances can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
All appliances are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of delivery. Should your appliance become defective within this period, we will replace it at no additional cost. After 30 days, all appliances are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us to discuss your options, as manufacturer policies vary.
