Mix Simply Blonde Beyond Bond Lightener with Simply Blonde Developer 20V or 30V. Mix in a ratio of 1:2 up to 1:3 for desired consistency. Apply to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing. For best results, apply product generously. Process for up to 45 minutes do not process under heat.
